The key feature of the space that we wanted to emphasize is the ceiling height. To achieve this, the color palette is executed in light tones, while the detailing is made from natural materials—stone, wood, and stainless steel.
The poured flooring—microcement—ensures the visual integrity of the space and creates a seamless transition between rooms.
The main compositional element is a stainless steel arch that accentuates the height of the space and guides us from the corridor to the kitchen-living area.
The spacious and minimalist kitchen is designed based on the principles of minimalism, featuring white MDF facades and a travertine countertop. Thanks to the sufficient length of the work surface, upper cabinets have been minimized—there is only a single cabinet above the cooktop, concealing the range hood while emphasizing the height of the space without overwhelming it.
Opposite the kitchen, the lounge area features an HAY sofa, complemented by Gervasoni coffee tables and a TV mounted on the wall, along which a long oak countertop adds warmth and texture. Nearby, the dining area is centered around a trapezoidal travertine table, which ensures comfortable passageways while serving as a key decorative element of the space. Its geometry is highlighted by a FLOS pendant lamp placed above it.
The bedroom was conceived as a minimalist space free of excess elements. A distinctive feature of the room is a slanted corner, which inspired the decision to integrate the sleeping area into a single monolithic block rather than assembling it from separate pieces. At the back of this structure, nightstands made of brushed pine in a white-graphite grain pattern are located, while along the right wall, a stainless steel wardrobe is built in. The only freestanding elements in the room are a work desk with an HAY table lamp and a black leather Vipp chair.
The bathroom layout allowed for the integration of separate niches for sinks, accentuated by a stone “frame” made of marble and travertine. The shower area is executed in a different material—tiles—and is concealed behind a partition, creating a sense of spatial continuity.
The entrance area appears visually clean—only a mirror with a bench is present, as all storage is concealed within a separate room.
Custom-designed furniture highlights the uniqueness of the interior. Among these pieces are the geometric travertine table, a wooden podium for the sleeping area, a bench in the entrance zone, and stainless steel structures—the wardrobe and the portal between the corridor and the living room.
