The round disks beneath our feet – sewage and water utility covers – seldom attract the attention of those passing by or pedestrians stepping on them. For many, they are merely a part of the road infrastructure, not deserving any particular interest. However, I am convinced that these covers are valuable witnesses of epochs, living relics of the city’s history beneath our feet. On them is depicted the emblem of the communication specialists from the «NARCOMAT», resembling a spider.
