PAYMENT:
You can pay with a Visa or Mastercard via the LiqPay service. Orders are dispatched within 1-7 days.
The terms of dispatch of customized products are agreed upon separately.

DELIVERY OF ORDERS IN UKRAINE:
All orders within Ukraine are sent by Nova Poshta to a post office, postal machine or by courier. Pickup of orders is possible from our warehouse at 33/34 Bohdana Khmelnytskoho St., Kyiv, on weekdays by prior arrangement.
The cost of delivery is calculated individually according to the tariffs of the Nova Poshta logistics service. When sending a parcel, the estimated cost is equal to the cost of the order. Delivery is paid by the buyer and is not included in the order price.

DELIVERY OF INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
All international orders are shipped from Ukraine via Ukrposhta/Nova Poshta. We deliver orders all over the world, except for such countries as Russia, Belarus, Eritrea, the People's Republic of China and Syria.
The estimated delivery time for international orders is 20-45 days. We are not responsible for customs delays. For more information, please contact us. The shipping cost for international orders is paid before shipment according to the shipping service tariffs.
Please note! The shipping cost does not include customs clearance costs. Upon arrival in the country of destination, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes of the customs service of the country of destination. The recipient bears additional costs for customs clearance upon receipt, in turn, we have no control over such costs and cannot predict what they may be.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN
The exchange and return of goods of good quality is carried out within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. The exchange and return of goods is carried out if the specified goods were not in use, its presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels and original packaging are preserved, as well as in the presence of a document confirming the fact of purchase. We do not accept items that do not comply with our return policy. Such items will be sent back to the buyer.
Refunds for goods are made in the form of payment in which the payment transaction was made.
If the product was purchased in an offline store, you can make a return only offline.

PROCEDURE
In Ukraine, the exchange or return of goods can be made using the courier service “Nova Poshta”. Delivery in this case is paid by the buyer.
